Dongseo University Library began its history with the opening of Dongseo Institute of Technology in 1992, and has been pursuing user-centered services and smoothly supporting the research of professors and students as a knowledge and information center.
In 1995, our university operated a total library computerization system and opened the nation's first advanced facility Audio & Visual Library to expand the pivotal role of universities and communities.
In addition, the design library was opened in 1999 as part of its specialization, and in 2001, the E-Library of the concept of Education, which combines the functions of education, culture, and rest areas while improving academic information services, presented a new library model.
In September 2007, the Minseok Library, named after the name of Dr. Minseok Jang Sung-man, founder of Dongseo Academy, a school that realizes the noble Christian spirit through education, was opened.
